Our founder, as a consultant through Kforce on contract assignment at Apple, designed and delivered the platform that changed that in six months: an AI intelligence layer over a unified data model, orchestrating and simplifying ten workstreams and 50+ tools into one seamless workflow.

Fab construction data (delivery milestones, structural and geothermal scopes, field‑sourced actuals) lived in fragmented tools that disagreed with each other. We built an AI‑orchestrated delivery pipeline on a canonical‑ID architecture: automated reconciliation, duplicate detection, milestone sequencing, and conflict resolution across every scope, geothermal included. It is the foundation for a digital twin of the fab build itself.
